Website

• Nice to know: the whole board is administrator, and everyone is carefull not to break up the site. At the moment there is no translation to Dutch yet. Everyone can translate pages if he wants.
• Jef: During registration, the email-adress is currently not required, and it should be 
• Bart: export old boardmeeting reports from the old site and send them to Pieter
• Pieter: put old boardmeeting reports in the new site
• Pieter: remove logo of Boulevart and AgileFun, and add Telenets (wait for the memberlist which Jef will ask/send)

Inner circle

• Rudy Leys will bring his story. JP Wildschut can't come this time, but would like to present at a next session. We're looking for replacement. (Pieter and Bart?) 
• Alternative: presentation of the whitepapers of the weekend, or play the role-playing whitepaper?

Movies

• Everyone got 4 dvd's with the movies of the inner circles. Goal: we make a compilation with the best answers to some interesting questions. Every boardmember chooses a dvd, watches the movie, looks for 5-6 interesting quotes and thinks of some questions related to those quotes. 
• Fragments can be no longer then 90 seconds. In total we'll have half an hour of compilation. We should also warn the speakers that their presentation will be on the internet. Should be ready by november. Johan will make the compilation in a professional tv-studio. Jef: look for the older movies, which we currently don't have.

New members

• It is not so simple to recruit new members. We discuss how to improve this, but nothing really comes out of this discussion.

Budget

• Hasn't changed, but there should be an update. Bart...

Planning rest 2011

• Another inner circle: could we ask a topspeaker?
• Kurt: ask David Anderson 
• If this doesn't work, we'll try Jurgen Appelo.

President

• Johan asks himself if there are no other candidates (No there are not.) Johan says after three years he'll quit anyway.

Result weekend 

• It was productive and also fun. We really delivered some good whitepapers. The model works well (please be noted that Johan proposed this ;-) ). The whitepapers were send to the members (on demand). In February we'll organise another weekend. Jef and Pieter will organise it.
