To manage distributed teams we believe that Agile is the way! But the implementation is not always easy. So we interviewed the specialists of the Agile Consortium on this topic and they provided a lot of useful tips!
Today we finished the first day of the ACB weekend. We discussed the whole day with the workgroup, and the result is a whitepaper. In this whitepaper we discuss 10 Agile contract types.
As in 2010, we will also launch one or more corking groups in 2011. These self-organizing groups focus on an Agile topic and deliver something vaulable to all ACB members (whitepapre, roleplay, ...).
